Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@ardgreen.com as soon as possible with details and, where applicable, photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Exclusions
