All orders are shipped using Royal Mail or DHL

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

• Weather conditions or other factors beyond our control

Ard Green Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other factors outside our control.
We aim to delivery within 14 working days.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment is completed.

5. Risk & Delivery

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Ard Green Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Issues With Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at
