4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where required.

Payments are processed securely through Wix and its integrated payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail to addresses within the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Orders outside of the British Isles are shipped using Royal Mail or DHL.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Ard Green Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, DHL or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers in the UK and Ireland have rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days of receiving goods.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
